Job Responsibilities

Responsible to conduct Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of mechanical equipment of generator system in order to maintain the reliability of equipment according to O&M Manual Standard and in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.

• Conduct Preventive maintenance of Power Plant equipment of Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary according to maintenance schedule and report the maintenance result in accordance with applicable standard to ensure the quality and safety of maintenance activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting of the mechanical equipment of Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary   according to O&M Manual to define the root cause and appropriate repair and avoid rework.
• Conduct corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment of Turbine, BOP and Auxiliary and report the maintenance result in accordance with applicable standard to ensure the quality and safety of maintenance activities.

• Drafting a concept for responding to correspondence from the tax office to provide accurate explanations regarding the company's tax compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor shipping documents and informing the schedule of material arrivals 
• Monitor material reception at the Jetty, cargo handling, customs clearance, and material delivery to warehouse
• Handle custom clearance matters, including but not limited to:
• Provide information related to customs clearance documents
• Submit shipping documents and customs clearance documents to Customs
• Receive SPPB (Approval Letter for Goods Release) from Customs
• Inspect the condition of materials arriving at the Jetty / Unloading Area and create reports if there is damage or discrepancies indicated due to negligence of the Freight Forwarder / Transporter
• Send and coordinate materials arriving at the warehouse

• Minimum Bachelor from reputable university, Engineer degree is prefered (Preferably Engineering).
